By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you've read my Terms of Service and agree with them

HOW TO COMMISSION MEI usually open a few slots with an Instagram post; this post contains the types of commissions I’m most interested in doing at the moment. To claim a slot you must send me a DM with all the details, and I will accept depending on:-Type of commission
-Character reference sheet or at least a fullbody
-Style type
-TH link to the character or character details
-Any ideas you have for the commissionI only work with complete character references or a fullbody without shading, not descriptions. Give me as many details and references as possible! ^^Do NOT send NSFW references or I will likely decline your commission!
Any reference of your characters is very helpful! This includes desired poses and expressions. If you can’t provide references, I will need a clear descriptive idea of your request to complete your commission, unless you give me “Creative Freedom.”

WORKFLOW❤︎ Once your commission is approved with a sketch, I will send you the email for payment, and after you approve it and the payment is received, I will begin your commission as soon as possible.
❤︎ I will send you an initial sketch shortly after for approval. Depending on the commission type, I may send you a cleaner sketch before moving to the lineart. I usually send a WIP after lineart and after color. If requested, I can show you more WIPs. You may ask for a WIP at any time.
❤︎ Once the piece is finished, I will send you a high-resolution file through Google Drive or email, and I will upload the final image to my Instagram gallery. I may also post it to my other accounts: Twitter, TikTok, Patreon, etc. If you want the commission to remain private, let me know before I start and the artwork will not be posted publicly.I cannot guarantee finishing your commission by a specific deadline. If I cannot complete it, I will let you know in advance.Refunds are not allowed once I have started the final phase. If at any moment I am unable to continue your commission for any reason, I will fully refund you. Otherwise, I do not issue refunds.Changes I will accept without issue are those that fix mistakes made by me, such as hairstyle errors, incorrect markings, color mistakes, etc.Some changes cannot be made due to the style, such as eyebrows or fluff (including chibi style).

PAYMENT❤︎ All prices are in EUR, and payments are accepted via PayPal and Bizum.
❤︎ Half payment is required upfront; I will not start until payment is received.
❤︎ If a chargeback is made, you will be blacklisted, blocked, and all communication records and important information may be made public.
❤︎ I accept payment plans for commissions over 150€. Payment plans are done through PayPal invoices, and the preferred duration is one month.

❤︎ CAN I COMMISSION AN INTERACTION WITH YOUR OCs ❤︎❤︎ Yes, absolutely! If you commission a piece that includes one of my characters (for example: an interaction between your OCs and Koda), you will receive a 30% discount for my character.
❤︎ That said, please be respectful and do not ask me to ship my OCs with yours unless we discussed it beforehand or they are already together (mutuals).

FORMATMy work is digital. You will receive a digital PNG file that, if you wish, can be suitable for printing.
You can always ask for a specific format, but I usually work in (A5: RGB).After completing the commission, I will send it to you via email, Google Drive link, Toyhouse, or Discord depending on your preference. This way I can deliver the highest quality possible :)

ART PERMISSIONSLet me know from the beginning if you do not want your piece to be posted publicly. If not stated otherwise, I will assume I can post it and use your piece as an example for future clients.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE❤︎ The artwork you receive is for personal use.
- Any commercial use or publication for purposes other than personal use must be approved by me beforehand.
❤︎ You may upload the watermarked artwork anywhere with proper credit and use it in any non-commercial way (icon, banner, etc.).
❤︎ You may print the commissioned piece for personal use such as stickers, prints, accessories, business cards, badges, etc.

LIMITSDo not be disrespectful if I decline a commission; I may have many reasons and all of them are valid.
❤︎ Any disrespectful behavior or failure to respond to my messages about your commission will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the order. The client will receive a full or partial refund depending on the progress: (Sketch = 85%, Lineart = 60%, Flat Colors = 50%). I reserve the right to refuse future services to that client.❤︎ Do NOT use or feed my artwork into ANY AI software!
